I’m a certified yoga teacher helping people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and find balance in everyday life 🧘‍♀️✨ My classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and conscious relaxation, allowing you to release tension and move with greater ease. I create a safe and supportive space where you can listen to your body, practice without pressure, and simply be yourself. Through yoga, I guide students toward building strength, flexibility, and inner calm — both on and off the mat.
